Possible solutions are continuously being compiled, and discussions both with METNO (operating the current database) and other archives is undertaken. Given the large IPY activity and the IPYDIS actitivies it is expected that several options will emerge as time passes. METNO will (and has already) include the DAMOCLES data within their other IPY data management activities for a period after the DAMOCLES project ends. A draft report on future perspectives, D6.3-01, is on vitamib.
